46th Annual Wagon Train - Everyone loves an adventure, and the annual Tennessee-North Carolina wagon train has given thousands opportunity to turn back time and emulate the life our forefathers lived while settling this great nation.

Wednesday, July 2, ride to North River, Tennessee
Thursday, July 3, ride to Stewart Cabin in Santeetlah
Friday, July 4, ride to Robbinsville, NC for parade
We will then ride to the airport near Robbinsville for disbanding

The 2nd Annual Graham County Artisan Drive-About will take place July 5th & 6th from 10am - 5pm. This year, the Stecoah Valley Center is sponsoring the Drive-About in conjunction with the opening night of the Applachian Evening Music Series, July 5th at 7:30pm. The Georgia Champion Bluegrass Band, Lonesome Wind will kick off the season of weekly Saturday night performances which run through August. Relax and enjoy an evening of great music and community spirit.
A silent auction to benefit the Stecoah Valley Center will be held on July 5th from 10am until 8:30pm at the SVC Craft Shop. The items to be auctioned are being donated by the artists.
The self-guided driving tour highlights artisans living in Graham County who have built a livelihood with their creative talents. Experience the scenic beauty of the area as you discover the treasures made from the hands of the crafts people residing there. Some studios will offer demonstrations throughout the weekend.
Brochures of the driving tour may be obtained at the Stecoah Valley Center which is located in the Stecoah Community on NC28 just south of NC143 and will also be available at Fontana Village, the Microtel Inn in Robbinsville and at each studio and shop in the tour. There will also be signs along the highways.
